Androkkid is a new Windows Mobile interface, with a lots of customization and a fully graphical design and animations for Windows Mobile 5/6 completely written in .NET. It's still in the early stages but you can get the full drag-and-drop functionality that Android / HTC Sense users are enjoying currently.

This is not a normal today screen plugin instead it runs on top of your settings, it doesn't seem to consume much RAM at all but I wouldn't recommend running it on top of sense or any other "heavy" interface. You can minimize it from a menu but I don't understand why the developer didn't just make this a normal today screen plugin. Drag and drop functionality seems to work perfectly. My biggest problem is with the program icons, in both the all programs list and when you add the icon to the home screen many failed to generate the icon image, after 10 rows down in the program list all icons were replaced with a default icon...once you add the program as a shortcut on the main screen you can change the icon manually but that's a huge pain and still leaves a default image in the programs list. I also have had problems when adding the widgets about half the time when I opened to widget list the program would crash. Otherwise the program seems to run stable, it's set to always re open even when you exit to your normal home screen unless you minimize it but there is a second delay upon hitting the end or whatever button sends you to your today where it will flash for an instant your default today screen. Getting the ease of android like drag and drop functionality is no small achievement but this needs a lot of work still, I will be watching this for improvements in later versions.
