Boenkyo is software which simulates estimated performance of telescopes. A telescope can be selected from a list of over 100 as can an eyepiece be picked from a list of over 200, or input manually. Upon this selection, Boenkyo will show how a scope would perform under ideal (theoretical) conditions.

It will also show the field of view with a given eyepiece and magnification plotted against popular deepsky objects and solar system bodies. Select a webcam replacing the eyepiece and check it out as well.
