All I can say is that it was developed in C# with .NET 2.0 and it works in my windows environment, in the emulation environment in Visual Studio 2005, and on my HTC Tilt (WM 6.1). I don't have any other Windows Mobile devices that I can test on.

The interest rate and tax rate have a max length of 5, the term has a max length of 3, and the rest of the fields have a max length of 9. The fields wil only allow numbers, the backspace or delete, and the period "."
