hdSpeedo is a simple GPS speedometer for your Windows Mobile device. It will be usable for you if you have broken speedometer or can't see the actual one, if you are traveling by bus or any other vehicle. The developer said it is tested on a HTC Touch HD and Diamond, but should work on any WM device with a GPS receiver.

Love this app!! my dash-lights went out on me and this little app is a great replacement! works great on my HTC Titan with WM-6.5! figuring out the user interface took a little time but it was well worth it! just discovered HUD mode today and I am thrilled!
