To change the language to English go to settings (from the top-right icons) then go to the "view" tab and click at the right arrow at the bottom

The program could have received better rating if the default language is set to English. The instruction for changing to English came with many garbage character such as % so it is very difficult to follow. Developer should consider amending it. The program is nevertheless very useful. Thanks a great deal for developing it.
