This free application will allow you to explore the content of your Windows Phone directly from your computer, through a WIFI connection without installing any client software on the computer! All you need is to open your web browser, and type the IP address of your phone (which is displayed on your phone screen). You will then be able to browse your data, pictures, and music and send files from your computer to your device. You can see pictures and listen music on your computer directly from the web interface.
It also features a registry editor, for people who like to tweak their Windows Mobile device.
Internet Explorer (6, 7 or 8) users on Windows XP or Vista (with .net framework 3.5 sp1 installed) or Windows 7 (.net framework 3.5 sp1 already included) will be able to browse their pictures from a 3D XBAP (XAML Browser Application) / WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation) based user interface (as seen on the screenshots below).
WIFI Remote Access Screenshots

Version 1.7r1 : (2010/03/29)
-Improved performance for WPF-based Remote Control client (in high resolution only).
-Better handling of session expiration or network issues. A password prompt will be displayed if the session has expired.
-Fixed HD2-specific bug which caused the Text Messaging link not to appear in the main menu.
-Minor bug fixes.
-Incremented version number because of marketplace.
Version 1.0w : (2009/12/24, web release)
-Added support for language file download : Russian and Polish translation files are already available. Click on "Settings", "Search for update" to download them is you use a device in one of these languages.
-The "Send" button is now disabled after being clicked to prevent the user from submitting the HTML form twice when uploading a file.
-Not affected by the issue of the version 1.0m where the marketplace digital signature broke the XBAP/WPF component (on Internet Explorer with .net framework 3.5 installed).
Version 1.0m : (2009/12/17, version released only on the french marketplace)
-Clicking on "Disable" will now stop immediately the running requests (previously the requests would continue running until they have completed)
-The application should not freeze anymore when you try to close it (it used to happen if a request was still being processed)
-Added the ability to disable the timeout that disables the application after 10 minutes of inactivity. The length of the timeout can be changed.
-By default, to comply with the marketplace rules, the application doesn't prevent the device to go to sleep anymore, and a message is displayed to explain that on the web interface.
-Better compatibility with HTC devices when preventing the device from going to sleep (the device should not shutdown the wifi connection if you press the power button while the application is running).
-To comply with the marketplace rules, the application uninstallation or upgrade will now delete the users.xml file.
-The shortcut of WIFI Remote Access no longer have a high rank (it is now displayed at the bottom of the start menu)
It also features a registry editor, for people who like to tweak their Windows Mobile device.
